Monster Hunter XX Gets A Collaboration Weapon From Fairy Tail Manga Artist

The Fairy Tail series saw a collaboration in Monster Hunter Generations and Capcom revealed that the manga’s creator Hiro Mashima designed a weapon for Monster Hunter XX.

The above is a look at a few screenshots teasing the Hiro Mashima original weapon, called “Uranometria,” named after the star atlas produced by Johan Bayer back in 1603. It’s designed to have a scabbard that looks like an ancient key and a sword that shines with the glittering stars in the sky.

Monster Hunter XX releases in Japan on March 18, 2017 for Nintendo 3DS.
