When asked by a fan if Superman and Batman would perhaps make cameos as playable characters, Boon replied, “Playable cameos in what game?”
Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, unlike most other Mortal Kombat games, isn’t a fighter. It’s a third-person action game starring Liu Kang and Kung Lao. One can also unlock Sub-Zero and Scorpion as playable characters.
