In Egglia, the goal is to collect Eggs that you get from accepting quests and advancing through the story. These Eggs are used to unlock new areas in the world map by reviving a part of the world that was sealed.

Unlocking new areas not only means having new places to check out, but it also increases the population of your town. In addition to working on towns, you can go explore fields to fight monsters and grab items used to further expand your town with new homes, furniture, and more. You can learn more about the game in our previous report.

It was also announced that the game’s new “Episode 2” is also in development. It’ll bring new characters as well as new Eggs with land to explore via DLC.

While the Japanese version launched on April 13, we’ll get to check it out in the West when Egglia: Legend of the Redcap launches sometime in Summer 2017 for iPhone and Android.
