Natural Doctrine makers Kadokawa Games recently presented their latest projects during the Kadokawa Games x FromSoftware Media Briefing 2014 Autumn event, including a teaser trailer for two new RPG titles.

The above is a look at the teaser trailer that was shown during the event. The first part starts out with the quote, “I will become a fallen angel. For the sake of you and your world,” followed by the title of Project Code: Daten. Daten translates to “fallen angel” in English.

Project Code: Daten will be a “Cthulhu Mythology x Dungeon RPG.” While this will be the first fully developed DRPG from Kadokawa Games Studio, they have worked with other developers that specialize in the genre, such as Demon Gaze, which they co-developed with Experience.

The next part begins with the quote, “can one achieve revenge without sacrifice?” with what looks like the red sun in the background, which fits the Japanese-sounding music to go with its concept of “Japanese mythology x Strategy RPG”.

The second title is being called Project Code: Tsukuyomi for now, and as some of you may know, Tsukuyomi is the moon god in Shinto and Japanese mythology. It also looks like there’s some kind of war going on as well, to give you an idea of what it’ll be about.

While no other details were shared for the upcoming projects, Kadokawa Games president Yoshimi Yasuda is in charge of the two projects.

Project Code: Daten and Project Code: Tsukuyomi are currently in development for PlayStation consoles, yet to be announced.
