A new trailer has come out for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, showing off the gameplay. The video shows off the protagonist’s flashy moves and devastating counters, but the consequences can be brutal if a player is not careful enough. The game is readily available for pre-order.
The trailer is two minutes long, with a focus on the action. There are some cutscenes, such as one depicting a battle between two normal-looking armies. It seems that the rivalry between the Three Kingdoms will not end just because there are demons running around China. Deflecting and parrying melee attacks will likely be the ideal fighting style against the demons. Outside of melee attacks, the player character can also cast magic due to the Divine Beasts they can call upon.

The demons in the Three Kingdoms are stereotypical monsters, such as large wolves and boars. Familiar faces like Guan Yu also show up, implying that the player character will either face off against historical figures or fight alongside them. It is unclear which Kingdom the player character will belong to, or if they will be an independent faction.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is open for pre-order. It will come out on March 3, 2023 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
