BragMen, a fitness gym based on the One Piece world, held its grand opening on January 13, 2023 in Japan. You can find it in Shibuya. For those who are unsure if getting jacked in this way is up their alley, the gym offers tours, as well as explains its various work-out programs. There are several different programs you can undertake at Bragmen. The Deck Program puts you in a studio that looks like the deck of a pirate ship. You will then train in a group, with virtual One Piece characters guiding you along. The Pirate Functional Training is also a group activity, with more of a focus on equipment such as punching bags. Finally, there is One-on-One Training for more personal attention.

The entry fee for the One Piece BragMen gym is 27,500 JPY ($215.10) for the Premium Crew and 13,200 JPY ($103.25) for all other membership plans. As for the monthly fee, Premium Crew has to pay 27,500 JPY. Here are the monthly fees (and hours) for each Crew:

  • All Crew: 22,880 JPY ($178.95)
  • Day Crew (6:30 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays): 20,900 JPY ($163.45)
  • Morning Crew (6:30 AM – 12:00 PM on weekdays): 15,400 JPY ($120.45)
  • Night Crew (6:00 PM – 11:30 PM on weekdays): 17,600 JPY ($137.65)
  • Holiday Crew (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday; 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays and holidays): 20,900 JPY ($163.45)

If you are part of the Premium Crew, then you can book as the Deck Program as many times as you want. Also, you can decide on a pirate name or nickname. The trainers (dressed like sailors) will then refer to you as such. Any plan other than the premium crew will allow you to book the Deck Program four times a month. Both Premium Crew and All Crew members can use the gym at all hours of the day every day of the week.
