Bandai Namco shared a new trailer showing off two new characters headed to One Piece: Burning Blood via DLC with the Marine vice admiral and Luffy’s grandpa Monkey D. Garp, and demented scientist Caesar Clown. Both Monkey D. Garp and Caesar Clown will be available starting December 22 via the “Gold Pack 3.” One Piece: Burning Blood is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, and PC.
