Regardless, the Microsoft Store bug seems to still be prevalent among New Genesis players at this time.
PSO2 New Genesis had something of a rocky launch. On launch, the title went into extended maintenance, with the official Twitter account updating on an estimated time when players would be able to access the game. The issue was eventually solved, with players able to access the game some hours later than intended.
