Plan Out Eula Builds While Watching Her Collected Miscellany Trailer

Dainsleif returned with a Genshin Impact Collected Miscellany video exploring the moveset for Eula. Each of these segments is a deep dive into a newly added cast member. People get to see their standard and special attacks. Special skills are highlighted too. They’re also useful for helping think about builds for someone like Eula.

After introducing Eula, the video shows her general combos and attacks. Then, it explains her Aristocratic Inspection passive has a 10% chance to double Character Talent Materials crafted. It then talks about the Icetide Vortex Elemental Skill. If you tap it, she slashes with the power of ice and gets one Grimheart stack to increase her defense and stability. If she has Grimheart stacks and you hold the trigger for Icetide Vortex, then she deals AOE Cryo damage, the Grimheart decreases enemies resistance to physical attacks and cryo and sends out Icewhirl Brands to damage enemies.

After that, the Genshin Impact Eula Collected Miscellany trailer looked at her Glacial Illumination Elemental Burst. This creates a Lightfall Sword sigil near her. This keeps enemies from blocking her combo strings. Also, when she attacks when it is there, it will charge up. After its time on the field is over or Eula is swapped out, it will deal physical AOE damage.

As for Artifacts that might be beneficial for Eula builds, there are two sets that could help. She’s a character known both for her Cryo and physical damage, so equipping items that support both can only help. However, both of the best sets are acquired in Domains near Dragonspine. Blizzard Strayer could help her Cryo damage. You get it from Peak of Vindagnyr after reaching Dragonspine’s summit and unlocking the domain. If you have two equipped, Cryo damage goes up by 15%. If you equip four, her critical rate increases by 20% if she attacks an enemy she inflicted Cryo on. If that enemy is also frozen, it goes up to a 40% crit rate.

The other set that might help is Pale Flame. This is at the Ridge Watch domain at the foot of Dragonspine. To unlock it, you walk up to it. Having two of its pieces equipped boosts physical damage by 20%. If you equip four items from the set for one of your builds, Eula’s attack would go up by 9% briefly when you use her Icetide Vortex. This can stack twice and increase the physical damage bonus effect by 100%.

Here’s the Eula: Surging Frost Genshin Impact Collected Miscellany trailer.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch. The Eula banner will be around until June 8, 2021.
