During Take-Two Interactive’s second quarter conference call a few details were disclosed about their upcoming line up. Beaterator, a neato beatbox program for the PSP, is getting pushed back from 2007 to their 2008 fiscal year. Rockstar also has plans to bring episodic content to Grand Theft Auto IV to the Xbox 360 sometime in 2008, but there was not a mention about Playstation 3 episodic content. It’s probably an oversight and not breaking news since Rockstar said they plan to bring exclusive content to both platforms.

It’s a bummer that Beaterator isn’t coming out. I was looking forward to it, especially since the PSP can be used as an MP3 player. I imagined myself making beats with it, saving them as MP3s and then beaming (no matter how terrible they are) to the greater internet population. Oh well at least the flash demo is still working. Time to go play with that.
