Roguelike Shooter SKIPCHASER Has Deep Gun Customization

Roguelike twin-stick shooter SKIPCHASER gives players lots of control over their weaponry in the fight against procedurally-generated enemies on procedurally-generated worlds.

SKIPCHASER sends players to an abandoned mining wasteland on Paterae XI. As bounty hunters, they’re tasked with clearing out the villains that have overtaken the place, blasting them as fast and effectively as possible. With all levels and enemies being procedurally-generated, players will find themselves in all manner of varied combat situations against continually-changing foes.

Rather than collect weapons, players will get weapon parts as they play SKIPCHASER. These parts can be assembled using the game’s smithing system, which lets players customize many aspects of how the weapon fires as well as its elemental attributes.

SKIPCHASER is looking for Greenlight votes for its projected Summer 2016 release.
