Square Enix announced that the special Blu-ray OST for the first three SaGa games, titled “SaGa 1, 2, 3 Original Soundtrack Revival Disc,” will release this August in Japan.
The soundtrack features music and visuals from the first three titles that started the beloved SaGa series, starting with The Final Fantasy Legend (Makai Toushi SaGa in Japan) which first released in 1989. It also features Final Fantasy Legend II (SaGa 2: Hiho Densetsu) and Final Fantasy Legend III (SaGa 3 Jiku no Hasha: Shadow or Light).
The Blu-ray soundtrack features music from the three games that plays alongside video showing footage from the original games. The featured composers are Nobuo Uematsu, Kenji Ito, Ryuji Sasai, and Chihiro Fujioka.
The SaGa 1,2,3 Original Soundtrack Revival Disc releases in Japan on August 8, 2018. It’ll be available for 5,400 yen. You can pre-order it via Amazon Japan.
