There will be two flavors inspired by the series in stores for that week. One is called Mr. S’cellent Lemon Meringue Pie. It is inspired by the yellow monster teacher who is a mainstay for the series. (Mr. S returns in this installment as a move tutor and for a training challenge.) That tastes like lemon pie with marshmallows. The other flavor is Emintrald Wave, a cookie, brownie, and mint ice cream. Both will be available at the store at 13137 Brookhurst St in Garden Grove, California.

There will also be some SaGa Emerald Beyond merchandise based on the game when you make a Tsun Scoops purchase. There will be sticker spoons based on the game and its characters. Buyers also get a postcard with art from the game. The online shop doesn’t show any of the items yet.

It is becoming more and more common to see restaurant or store tie-ins with recent game releases. For example, Sprinkles is selling cupcakes based on the Honkai: Star Rail character March 7th. We saw an Insomnia Cookies partnership with Square Enix for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth before that. There have also been meals inspired by the Like a Dragon and Yakuza series at some restaurants.

SaGa Emerald Beyond will debut to the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices on April 25, 2024. The demo is available now on the PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC. People can get SaGa Emerald Beyond ice cream at Tsun Scoops starting on April 25, 2024, with the promotion ending on May 1, 2024.
