Crunchyroll revealed the North American SAO Progressive movie 2 release date for Canada and the USA. Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night will appear in theaters in both countries on February 3, 2023. That is just days after its Australian and UK releases.
First, Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night will show up in England, Ireland, and Scotland. People there can see an English dubbed or subbed version on February 1, 2023. On the next day, people in Australia and New Zealand will be able to see the film on February 2, 2023. Finally February 3, 2023 is the SAO Progressive movie 2 release date for Canada and the US.
This is only the start of theatrical showings. Crunchyroll also committed to a European and Latin American release as well. However, it didn’t note when it will appear in countries in those regions yet.
To go along with the SAO Progressive movie 2 release dates for Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, and the USA, there’s a new trailer. It features the theme song, while also showing Asuna and Kirito fighting alongside each other.

SAO Progressive movie 2 is a direct follow up to the first film, Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night. It is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night is immediately available in Japan. It debuted there in October 2022.
