Sega opened a teaser site with the kanji for "get excited" and the tagline "the new story will begin."

Looking at the the HTML code we have a few more clues like that this teaser site is for a PlayStation Vita game since "PS Vita" is one of the keywords. The title also says action X simulation X card battle.
