Sega has a big weekend ahead with Sega Fes 2018 that runs from April 14-15. While the event takes place in Japan, its official Twitter account is telling fans from the West to tune in for a special announcement.
The event will take place at the Belle Salle Akihabara, it’s not often that we see PR from the West tell fans to tune into a Japan-only event, so there’s a good chance that it will come with some sort of worldwide announcement. Here’s the little teaser from Twitter:

That said, we can expect to see at least one major announcement for a worldwide audience. Sega Fes 2018 runs from 11:00am to 6:00pm JST on April 14, so that’s later this evening at 6:00pm PT for the West.
In addition to the special announcement, there are plans to showcase plenty of other games, including more info about Valkyria Chronicles 4’s Switch version.
