Ghostlightā€™s last update on bringing Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga and Digital Devil Saga 2 to the PlayStation Network in Europe mentioned that there were technical issues with getting the games up in a timely fashion. This morning, they shared that these might be a little more serious than previously assumed.

ā€œWe have also now received more information on the issue which is delaying the release of the Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga games,ā€ Ghostlight write on their blog. ā€œCurrently both games suffer from technical problems due to a conflict with the emulator.ā€

The result is this: ā€œApparently it may be possible for these issues to be fixed in future emulator updates, but at the moment we do not have an estimated date for this to happen.ā€

Ghostlight will be publishing two other Shin Megami Tensei games at retail this year, however. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor and its enhanced 3DS version, Devil Survivor Overclocked, are on their release schedule.
