Shokugeki no Soma’s 3DS Game Features Its Signature “Foodgasms”

Shokugeki no Soma’s first season ended, but in the meantime fans looking forward to getting their serving of mouth-watering animated foods will be able to do so in the series’ upcoming 3DS game, Shokugeki no Soma: The Plate of Bonds and Friendship by FuRyu.

As previously reported, the game features an original story that takes place in Europe, where you’ll get to see characters from the series interact with each other, including some rare moments between characters that rarely do in the show or manga.

The game features a variety of situational events that unfold among the students of Tootsuki Academy that is told in its visual novel parts, and its “Shokugeki” food battles that are in rhythm game-style—and yes, it wouldn’t be a Shokugeki no Soma game without its signature “foodgasms.”

Shokugeki no Soma: The Plate of Bonds and Friendship will release in Japan on December 17, 2015 for Nintendo 3DS.
