Six Selectable Pilots Add Variety To Super XYX’s Shmup Action

Six different pilots add a great deal of variety to Super XYX’s shmup action, each offering a different weapon and play style for players to use on the game’s six stages.

Players will start off with three different pilots, but will steadily unlock more as they hurtle down the game’s corridors, dealing with the high-speed shots and ships. Each of these pilots has their own upgradeable weapon and spread to their shots, as well as a unique bomb effect, so players can use whichever one they feel suits their enemy’s attacks. They will use their chosen pilot across six stages, and depending on how well they do, will face different final bosses, only revealing the true last boss should they play well.

As players grow skilled at Super XYX, they’ll be able to play through Boss Rush and Checkpoint modes that will offer additional challenges.

Super XYX will be available sometime in 2018.
