The protagonist of Skeleton Boomerang can throw their basic boomerang in many different directions, letting them attack basic enemies or giant bosses with ease. Given that the player is throwing boomerangs, they can also avoid catching them when they return, keeping the spinning weapons flying through the air around them with some crafty movements. This is especially handy as the player gets more powerful boomerangs, keep spinning blades, roiling fireballs, and other deadly devices whirling all around them.
