A quizzical trademark registered by Square Enix showed up in Europe. The makers of Final Fantasy acquired the rights to Gun Loco.

Square Enix already has a third person (monkey hijacking) shooter in development so what could this Gun Loco be for? A spin-off game starring Barret? Probably not, but that was the first thing I thought of when I looked up Gun Loco!
