Square Enix preps another Chocobo dungeon game

Coming out for the Nintendo DS later on is Chocobo to Mahoo no Ehon (Chocobo and the Magical Picture Book). The game is an action RPG game, which looks like an extension of the Chocobo dungeon series. In the game Chocobo has two friends a white mage who cares for him and a black mage who discovers the mysterious story book which the Chocobo jumps into. Here’s a scan of the original announcement. Look closely at the left hand side and you’ll see an early screen of Final Fantasy V Advance. Notice the character portrait for Reina, which is similar to the set up seen in Final Fantasy IV.
