By Square Enix is making new plushies for Dragon Quest X and these two monsters also come with an in-game bonus. If you buy a Whip Ghost or green kid with a diaper you’ll receive a Hardworking person item set which includes codes for two medicinal herbs, a pack of (digital) branches, string, and a sphere that doubles the experience points earned for a limited amount of time.
While you can buy as many Whip Ghosts as you want, only one code for each doll can be applied to your account. Hmm… I wonder how many Dragon Quest fans will have a wall of stuffed animals by the time Square Enix moves on to another game. Each plush doll costs 2,079 yen ($26).
