As part of the 25th anniversary of the Story of Seasons series, Marvelous made multiple announcements on the Japanese Twitter account. Among them was the reveal of a free crossover outfit. People will get to dress a Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town farmer like Sakuna from Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin starting on September 16, 2021. The costume will then be available until March 31, 2022. It will be free.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is available for the Nintendo Switch and will come to the PC via Steam on September 15, 2021. The Sakuna costume will appear in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town September 16, 2021 until March 31, 2022.
