Fashion forward players will have even more to do in Style Savvy 4: Star Stylist, as this trailer from Nintendo of Japan’s Youtube page shows. This new trailer goes through all the main features available in the game, as well as what is possible in the new story experiences.
Select Shop Manager:
The mode most familiar to veterans of the series, in this mode you take the role of a store owner that coordinates outfits for your customers based on their requests. There are over 20,000 items in the game, the largest amount in the series ever, for you to pick a style for your customer, be they female or male.
The other returning jobs:
Besides choosing outfits for the customer, players can also try their hand at styling hair and applying makeup as well. While these two jobs were also available in Style Savvy: Fashion Forward, in Style Savvy 4 the ability to style your customers’ nails has been added. Of course, all these above options are available to customize your own character as well.
As a designer, you can create your own fashion items based on customers’ requests, and even embellish the products with your very own logo. These items aren’t limited to clothes, and accessories like bags are available to create as well.
To be a Star Stylist:
In this game, it is up to the player to help out several girls who just want to make it as a star. Their choices and success in showbiz, in events such as auditions, debut events, stage lives, photo shoots, and even movie filming, is all up to the player’s fashion intuition.
Live Simulator:
Finally, using the Live Simulator function, players can choose and dress up the characters they like and have them perform live performances whenever they want. Screenshots can be taken at any time, which can be shared over social media such as Facebook or Twitter.
amiibo functionality:
Style Savvy 4 is compatible with amiibo, and scanning them can net players patterns and outfits and emblem templates to use in designing clothes.
