Super Mario for the Genesis?

This an obvious pirate cart, but it still has us intrigued. Mario on the house of Sonic how rare is that! Then there’s the cover art with Mario riding some sort of deranged cross between Bowser and Yoshi. On the back of the game are a couple of random gameplay screenshots, one resembles Super Mario Brothers. The other two, well it’s anyone’s guess to what Mario is doing.
