No Space Invaders: Get Even for North America yet. Instead we’re teased with Space Invaders: The Original Game, a Super Nintendo remake of Space Invaders with graphical filters like playing the game in black & white with cellophane. As much as I love classic Space Invaders it’s hard to go backwards after playing Space Invaders Extreme. If you’re nostalgic for Space Invaders this Virtual Console download costs 800 Wii Points ($8). Trigger happy gamers have another alternative, Forgotten Worlds. A Genesis port of Capcom’s arcade game is also out this week for 800 Wii Points ($8) too.
On WiiWare there is a new episode of Strong Bad where he plays as a cop out for cash for 1,000 Wii Points ($10) and a port of Target Toss Pro: Bags, a beanbag throwing game from the creators of Golden Tee. Strangely, Target Toss Pro: Bags is this weeks cheapest game with a price of 700 Wii Points ($7). On second thought, I’ll take Space Invaders over motion controlled beanbag toss/
