Previously, we reported that Super Sonic was found within the files for Sonic Forces, but was not playable. Recently, Sega released Super Sonic for players to use, as well as new trailers showing off gameplay for the invincible hedgehog.

Turning into Super Sonic changes the stage BGM to an instrumental version of Fist Bump, the theme song for the game. Previously, Sanic T-shirts for the Avatar character were also datamined, and were distributed officially on November 27, 2017.
Update: The Super Sonic DLC is now free to download in Sonic Forces for the next month. Afterwards, it will go for $1.99 USD/€1.99/£1.69.
Sonic Forces is currently available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC.
