Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido Introduces Skills, Sushigami Partners, And More

Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido recently got a new overview trailer that goes through Story Mode, the Sushigami partners that give you special abilities, and how to rack up combos in the game.

Skills from Sushigami that appear in the game include Attack skills, Recovery skills, and skills that mess up your opponent. Each player can equip up to three at a time, and players should choose the best time to use them. Furthermore, Sushigami can power up as you go through Story Mode.

The trailer also shows several more scenes from Story Mode, but also confirms that the game will require Nintendo Switch Online starting in September 2018 for the Switch version. Furthermore, the Switch and 3DS versions do not have cross-play.

Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido will be available for Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch on June 8, 2018. Previously, the opening movie for the game was revealed.
