Tales of Crestoria writer Jun Kumagai confirmed through Twitter that the story for Tales of Crestoria will see its end. However, it will reach its conclusion sometime after the mobile title ends service. This means that the finale of Tales of Crestoria will appear outside of the mobile game. Specifically, Kumagai mentions that the story of Tales of Crestoria will conclude through another medium, and that work is already underway.
Specific details about this project have yet to be revealed, including the format of the finale for Tales of Crestoria. Previously, Bandai Namco released a short animation which covered the beginning of the story.
Tales of Crestoria celebrated its one year anniversary in July 2021. It released worldwide in July 2020, and featured a cast of original characters. Very recently, Bandai Namco announced Tales of Crestoria will end service in February 2022.
The scenario of Tales of Crestoria saw protagonists and major characters from other Tales of titles appear. This was either through main story events, or through event quests. Additionally, it has been confirmed that Tales of Crestoria characters will potentially appear in other Tales of titles through cross-over events.
Tales of Crestoria is immediately available for Android and iOS devices, and it will end service on February 7, 2021.
