Today’s been rather heavy on the Tales news, and there’s still more in the form of a fresh batch of screenshots for Tales of Xillia, and information on the game’s skits. Interestingly, Tales of Xillia has three kinds of skits, according to a report at 4Gamer.

Long Chats are regular old Tales skits. Short Chats will activate while you’re going about your business as usual, exploring towns or fields. They won’t interfere with your progression in any way, and you’ll be able to see them in the bottom left corner of the screen. It sounds like these will be voiced as well.

Finally, you have Fighting Chats, which are conversations during battles. One example of Fighting Chats occurring is when you swap characters in and out during battle.
