When you think about tanks and Nintendo, one can’t help but have Advance Wars come to mind, but the latest details on Tank Troopers tells us that it’s more about tank action and special abilities.
In Tank Troopers, you’ll get to choose out of 13 soldiers (called Troopers) with each of their own special abilities. By picking your favorite Trooper, you’ll head into tank action battle.
Multiplayer is done through local connection, and you can play with up to 6 people with only one cartridge using download play. Additionally, there are 30 types of missions to take on in single player mode. These missions have various objectives such as reaching a goal within a time limit, taking on a giant tank, and more.
The game has different kinds of terrain such as green meadows, dune-filled deserts, crowded warehouses, and more. You’ll get to choose out of 36 different tanks and the 13 Troopers to find your own play style to take on enemy tanks.
Tank Troopers releases in Japan on December 21, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
