Okami HD, scheduled for release this fall in North America, is an HD port of the PlayStation 2 and Wii game for the PlayStation 3. For Okami HD, Capcom partnered up with The 3rd Birthday developer, Hexadrive, to port the game over.

While they were at it, Hexadrive and Capcom also adjusted some of the motion controls from the Wii version so that there’s a little less remote waggling and some of the cinematic scenes have been redrawn for the PlayStation 3 version as well.

And yes, if you were wondering, the original credits with the Clover studio staff from the PlayStation 2 version—which were unfortunately missing from the Wii version—are back in Okami HD. The game will be released this fall for $20 over PlayStation Network.
