Microsoft must be pleased the Last Remnant will be released on the Xbox 360 first. If you can’t wait for the PlayStation 3 version and have a hankering for a Japan region coded Xbox 360 there is a hardware bundle for you. The Last Remnant Premium Pack comes with a 60GB Xbox 360, wireless controller, DVD remote, the Last Remnant game, an original Last Remnant faceplate, and a premium sound track CD for 34,800 yen ($331). Square Enix usually charges 8,190 yen ($78) for the game alone so you save about $30 bucks with the bundle. It’s going to be interesting to see if this bundle will as hot as the Tales of Vesperia package. Square Enix’s name might be on the box, but the Last Remnant is a new franchise going up against Tales’ ten year legacy.
