The Models Used To Make Gun Loco’s Loony Jailbirds

Gun Loco’s cast of cartoony criminals aren’t based on sketches or motion capture data. Square Enix hired Brothersworker to craft figures, which were digitally scanned to create the game’s characters.

Gun Loco’s gameplay looks just as bizarre as the man with the rabbit head. Square Enix calls the game a sprint action shooter, a description that matches the trailer fairly well. Tokyo Game Show attendees will get a chance to try out Gun Loco next week. The game is slated for release in 2011 on Xbox 360.
