The PS2’s manga music game: Nodame Cantabile

Nodame Cantabile is a hot manga license. After an Ouendan like Nintendo DS game was announced, Banpresto announces that they are working on a PS2 game. In the Playstation 2 game you conduct songs as Chiaki by pressing buttons at the right time. See the glowing light in the screenshot? That is what players need to watch for cues on when to press the right button. Nodame Cantabile for the PS2 sounds basic, but besides conducting shows players will explore Chiaki’s world in the adventure mode. Nodame Cantabile is scheduled to come out in June 2007.
