There’s now at least a million geese out there causing havoc. Earlier today, Panic co-founder Cabel Sasser revealed that House House’s indie title Untitled Goose Game, published by Panic, has now hit a million copies sold.
Sasser thanked everyone for playing and enjoying the game, and said he felt it was impossible. He thanked everyone for the fan art, memes, and even the Muppets, that brought joy to the lives of all involved.
Untitled Goose Game made waves earlier this year for simply being a charming game about causing mayhem to unwitting and innocent townsfolk. It probably helped that geese are pretty aggressive even in real life, and the game’s titular villain takes sadistic pleasure out of it. You can read more in our previous playtest here.
The Untitled Goose Game is available on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
