Pupuru of Holy Sorcery Story isn’t venturing dungeons and towers to save the world. She isn’t training to become the greatest sorceress. Pupuru’s goal is to create the legendary magical curry.
Compile Heart’s Holy Sorcery Story puts you in the shoes of a young apprentice sorceress named Pupuru. In order to graduate Sorcery Academy, Pupuru is required to retrieve a magical sphere from the Sorcerer’s tower. For some odd reason, she ends up finding an old book with a picture of curry instead. She also meets a mysterious creature by the name of Kuusii, who ends up following her back home.
Pupuru inevitably fails her final trial and gets scolded, followed by a suspension from the academy. With little left to do, she decides to take another look at the old book, and to her surprise, it ended up being a recipe on how to make the legendary curry. The timing of everything felt right, as her neighborhood curry shop was about to shut down.
This is when Pupuru decides to go on an adventure for a good cause, as she searches for the four ultimate ingredients needed to make the legendary curry that could just help her neighbor’s shop.
Holy Sword Sorcery will be Compile Heart’s second PlayStation Vita game and is slated for release on March 28, 2013.
