Tigrex Isn’t The Only Monster That Can Catch Monster Hunter 4’s Wyvern Virus

Monster Hunter 4 has a new feature called the Feral Wyvern Virus, which is a virus that can be spread by monsters in the game. While Capcom have only mentioned the Tigrex and Babakonga in connection with the virus up until now, other monsters can be infected by it, too. Today, they updated the game’s website with screenshots of other infected monsters:

If a player catches the Feral Wyvern Virus, it prevents you from naturally recovering health while infected. Repeatedly attacking and defeating the monster you caught it from rids you of the virus.

 

Capcom also provided screenshots of Khezu, who’s back for Monster Hunter 4, after taking a break from Monster Hunter Tri, Portable 3rd and 3 Ultimate:
