Time For A Trauma Team Teaser Trailer

This article is over 15 years old and may contain outdated information

Since Trauma Team (aka Hospital in Japan) wont be ready until spring 2010 the game wasn’t playable at E3. All I saw was a teaser video, which you can watch without shoving through a sea of people.

Did you catch the black and white flashback sequence thirty seconds in? It’s a story snippet about the cryogenically frozen criminal and master surgeon, CR-SO1. The text flashes too fast to read, but by freeze framing I was able to transcribe some of the bubbles.

“Open the door I want to talk to the prisoner”

“That guy with the 250 year prison sentence? I wasn’t informed of this.”

“Here’s my authentication from the HHS Any problems?”

“I’m sure he won’t say a word. He doesn’t remember anything…”

“You’re needed for an operation, in exchange for a sentence reduction”

“Take your time and think it over, but remember”

“That’s right Here are the details, if you want to see them.”

OK, so there were other Trauma Team things at the Atlus booth. Atlus held a raffle with the grand prize of being drawn into the game and stuffed entry forms in *every* E3 badge. They also handed out giant Trauma Team bags for swag collecting. Both promotions are pretty big marketing pushes for Atlus. Remember, Atlus didn’t even attend E3 in 2008!
