Twinkle Star Sprites Is Coming To Steam

Twinkle Star Sprites, previously released on the NEOGEO MVS back in 1996, will have players competing to see who survives its top-down shmup mayhem all over again with its current release on Steam.

Twinkle Star Sprites gives players nine cute characters to choose from, then lets them duel against another player in online or local multiplayer. Players win by shooting down enemies, which sends them over to their opponent’s side, and whoever takes the first hit loses. Each character has abilities that will make the player’s life easier while complicating their opponent’s, though.
