Watch Kingdom Hearts’ Sora Beat Up World Of Final Fantasy Enemies

Recommended Videos

Last year, Square Enix revealed Kingdom Hearts’ Sora would be joining the cast of World of Final Fantasy. He would be a Champion Summon, someone that Lann and Reynn could call upon in the heat of battle to attack enemies. He makes his Japanese debut on January 12, 2017, which is accompanied by a trailer offering a glimpse of what he can do in a fight.

When players equip Sora’s Champion Summon medal in World of Final Fantasy and fill a gauge, he’ll be able to pop in as something of a limit break. When Sora appears, he’ll glide around the screen, firing shots at enemies with his Keyblade.

Sora launches will be free DLC in Japan until March 31, 2017. A North American and European launch date has yet to be announced.

World of Final Fantasy is available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
