In the USA we’re lucky enough to get games localized in English. Japan isn’t always as fortunate to get games in their language. At times subtitles are slapped over English voice acting and a game is thrown on a shelf. Microsoft made sure that didn’t happen with Gears of War, they have a whole new cast of Japanese voice actors.
