Watch: Making a character in Itadaki Street DS

I picked up a copy of Itadaki Street DS since people have been posting positive comments about the coverage and genuinely seemed interested in the game. Even if I’m a little burnt out on the series, I can’t imagine too many other outlets covering the title so I want to give everyone something to read about. Late this evening I found a copy of Itadaki Street DS at my door just waiting to be played. I didn’t have the time to jump in the game and get a taste of it yet, but I want to give you guys and gals a first look at the character creation system in Itadaki Street DS.

Unlike the other games in the Itadaki series you are not restricted to playing as a mascot character. The focus in Itadaki Street DS seems like it is more about earning accessories for the custom character you make by choosing eyes, hair and outfit before you start out on your board game journey.
