Your Weapon Is Also Your Shield In Shmup Battle Crust

Vertical shmup Battle Crust, a game inspired by 80’s-90’s arcade shooters, has released on Steam.

Battle Crust gives players access to several weapons, if they pick them up as they pass by during the stage. Each weapon can be charged to fire a different, large blast. Additionally, charging also creates a temporary shield in front of the player’s shield, keeping them safe from projectiles until the shot is fired.

Battle Crust has six stages, and is currently retailing for $7.99.
