If you’re familiar with Inazuma Eleven, you may know of a character named Natsumi Raimon. Early on in the anime series, she was the third manager of the Raimon soccer club, which series lead, Mamoru Endou, is part of. Saying any more about what happens to her might be considered spoiler territory, so I’ll leave it at that.

Inazuma Eleven Go, which is in development as a game for the Nintendo 3DS and is also an anime series, takes place ten years after the end of the original Inazuma Eleven trilogy, and the original characters have grown up. In the world of Go, Endou is now a coach, and Natsumi is now Natsumi Endou.

Yup, they’re married. Level 5 revealed the big news via their Inazuma Eleven Strikers website, and Hachima Kiko happened to catch wind of it. Don’t they look happy? Here’s a few other pieces of concept art from Inazuma Eleven Go.
