What is the deal with Scurge Hive’s release date?

The last time we saw Scurge: Hive it was a top down action adventure game with a female bounty hunter set in outer space. Fans of Metroid and Racing Gears Advance, Orbital Media’s highly praised GBA game, have been eagerly awaiting the release of Scurge: Hive. Last week plenty of places including retail outlets listed Scurge: Hive for the DS and Game Boy Advance on sale on June 1st. Come June 1st it seemed like the release date suddenly switched to June 9th. Instead of playing a guessing game we spoke to Orbital Media about the delay for Scurge: Hive and Juka and the Monophonic Menace. Their response was, “We will be making an announcement in a couple of weeks about their release dates.” So if you’ve been waiting to scour the universe with bounty hunter Jenosa Arma or make music potions with Juka hold off for a little bit.
