The Genshin Impact 4.0 update is just around the corner, and that means a lot of content, especially events. Since this is a major update, Phase I of Version 4.0 brings quite a decent amount of events you can participate in. Some will involve activities, some will unlock new content, but all of them will promise great rewards for you. Here is the Genshin Impact 4.0 event schedule for the first half of the update.
Genshin Impact 4.0 Upcoming Event Schedule
HoYoVerse unveiled the incoming event schedule for Genshin Impact that will allow you to collect characters or rewards. There are a total of 10 events during Phase I that will both be available permanently or for a limited time.

Event – The Curtain Never Falls on Magic

Rewards: “Elegance in the Shadows” Lynette.
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 25 or above.
Description: Reach Adventure Rank 25 and redeem the reward.
Event – Conjuring Chiaroscuro (Wish)

Rewards: “Spectacle of Phantasmagoria” Lyney (Pyro), “Elegance in the Shadows” Lynette (Anemo), “Trial by Fire” Bennett (Pyro), and “Shining Idol” Barbara (Hydro).

Event – Discerner of Enigmas

Event – Mega Meka Melee

Availability: Gameplay: 24/08/2023 (10:00) – 11/09/2023 (03:59) / Shop: 24/08/2023 (10:00) – 18/09/2023 (03:59)
Rewards: Crown of Insight and Primogems, “Trial by Fire” Bennett (Pyro).
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 20 or above. Complete the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”.
Description: Collect Enigmatic Cooper Mainsprings by playing several gameplay modes. Exchange them at the Event Shop for the rewards.
Event – Relic Records: Creations of the Hydro Nation

Availability: After the Version 4.0 update – 28/08/2023 (03:59)
Rewards: Primogems, Hero’s Wit, Weapon Ascension Materials, and others.
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 20 or above. Unlock any Statue of The Seven in Fontaine.
Description: Complete exploration quests during the event to gain several rewards.
Event – Felis Fuscus Chapter

Availability: Permanently available after the Version 4.0 update.:
Rewards: Lyney’s Story Quest “Felis Fuscus Chapter”.
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 40 or above. Complete Archon Quest IV: Act II “As Light Rain Falls Without Reason.”
Description: Reach the Adventure Rank and complete the prerequisite quest to unlock Lyney’s Story Quest.
Event – Genius Invokation TCG

Availability: Available during Version 4.0.
Rewards: Prince at The Cat’s Tail stage rewards.
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 32 or above. Complete the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom” and the World Quest “Battlefield of Dice, Cats, and Cards.”
Description: After being eligible, take part in four different stages at Prince at The Cat’s Tail.
Event – Adventurer’s Booster Bundles

Availability: After the Version 4.0 update – 30/08/2023 (23:59)
Rewards: Adventurer’s Instructional Bundle, Adventurer’s Jumbo Ore Bundle.
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 25 or above.
Description: Bundles are purchasable multiple times after meeting the Adventure Rank requirement.
Event – Primordial Waters

Availability: BP Duration: After the Version 4.0 update – 25/09/2023 (03:59) / BP Purchase Period: After the Version 4.0 update – 25/09/2023 (02:59)
Rewards: Wolf-Fang (Sword), Talking Stick (Claymore), Sacrificial Jade (Catalyst), Scion of the Blazing Sun (Bow), and Ballad of the Fjords (Polearm).
Eligibility: Adventure Rank 20 or above.
Description: Collect Gnostic Hymn or Gnostic Chorus to select weapons from the BP Bounty pool.
