What does Pela do in Honkai: Star Rail?

Pela is a four-star Ice Nihility character. Despite her four-star status, she is one of the best debuffers in the game. Her skills focus on completely debuffing enemies and decreasing their Defense stat. Because of her usefulness, she makes a great support character for any team.

Which of Pela’s Traces should I level up first in Honkai: Star Rail?

Pela’s Basic Attack deals Ice damage worth half of Pela’s Attack stat to a single target. This attack isn’t really the focus of her build, so you won’t be using it unless you don’t have any Skill Points left. Pela’s Basic Attack should be your final priority for her kit. You don’t even have to level it up at all and you’ll find it will make very little difference.

Pela’s Skill is her main attack. Her Skill removes a single buff and deals damage worth 105 percent of her Attack Stat. This attack is single-target. Pela’s Skill is what you should primarily focus on because eliminating debuffs is what she does best. You’ll want to use her Skill on all of her turns, so make sure you’ve managed your Skill Points so she can do so.

Pela’s Ultimate is her other priority. Her Ultimate, in addition to damaging enemies, inflicts Exposed onto them. When an enemy is afflicted with Exposed, their Defense stat is reduced by 30 percent for two turns. This is the other thing that Pela is good at: shedding opponents’ Defense. Hedr Ultimate is really important for her overall effectiveness, so make sure you level it up the same amount as her Skill.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and Pela is a constant four-star always available on every banner.
