Xenoblade Chronicles 2 features weaponized life forms called Blades that can be summoned by Drivers, and we’ve been introduced to two more Rare Blades with Shiki and Neutz on the game’s official Twitter account.

Shiki is characterized by the empty spot where her belly is, a bit of a mysterious body. It makes you wonder where the food she eats ends up going.

Here’s Shiki’s synchronization scene. She seems to be a studious Rare Blade based on her appearance, but she also fights with a sweet hand-to-hand weapon.

Neutz (CV: Yoko Hikasa, Artist: Takeshi Nogami)

Neutz is another mysterious Blade that uses a pair of floating muscular arms. The extremely thick blade is said to pack tremendous power.

You can get a glimpse of Neutz in her synchronization video, where we get to see the explosive arms in action.

Here’s a look at some of the other Rare Blades we’ve seen so far:

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 releases on December 1, 2017 for Nintendo Switch.
